Falconsedge Male Task Force (FEMTF) community activists and professionals have served well over thousands of families and has over 25 years of experience and they come from all walks of life. They are highly trained and recognized to represent any Parent or Youth and Programs in any geographical area by providing mentoring, parent training, public speaking, and consultation on successful programs implementation in public and private schools, community-base organizations, and Faith-Base organizations. Falconsedge Male Task Force (FEMTF) organization whose mission is to build the profession of Fathers/Significant others working to increase the responsible involvement of fathers in the lives of their children. FEMTF 's programs and services are designed to foster communication, promote professionalism, and enhance collaboration among organization and individuals working with fathers and fragile families.  FEMTF professionals seeks to strengthen Fathers/Significant others in their day-to-day work with fathers and fragile families. Through publications, conferences, training events, technical assistance, advocacy, collaboration with other fathers and families organizations, and networking opportunities. FEMTF, as a membership organization, represents the perspective of fatherhood and fragile families program Fathers/Significant others sector on public policy issues. Through participation in advocacy coalitions and collaborative efforts, FEMTF professionals ensures that the voice of the individuals who work with fathers in local programs will be heard as policy decisions are made. Our professionals consultants are dedicated to promote the advancement of developing healthy family relationships and increasing the involvement of responsible fatherhood. We are a national consultation agency and local program providers also committed through effective services, mentoring, educational, parent training, youth sports and advocacy to make a difference in the lives of fathers, mothers, children and communities.
